Option programme 2018
As per the option programme, the company issued a maximum of 450,000 stock option rights, entitling their bearers to subscribe a maximum of 450,000 new shares. The issued stock option rights fall into three different series as described in the table below.
Options 2018A were first allocated in 2018, options 2018B in year 2019 and options 2018C in 2020.

Stock options 2021A were first allocated in 2021 and stock options 2021B in 2022. Stock options 2018C have not yet been allocated.

Option programme 2015
As per the option programme, the company issued a maximum of 135,000 stock option rights, entitling their bearers to subscribe a maximum of 405,000 new shares. The issued stock option rights fall into four different series as described in the table below.
The company has 60,000 unallocated options rights or option rights that have been returned to the company. The Board of Directors decided on 24 November 2017, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the option programme 2015, not to distribute further stock option rights under the option programme 2015.
After the subscription disclosed in December 2020 there are no unused allocated stock option rights, the vesting conditions which are fulfilled.
