CEO and Leadership Team

The group’s Board of Directors appoints the CEO. Under the Articles of Association, the CEO is responsible for managing the company in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Finnish Companies Act, and the instructions issued by the Board of Directors.

Niilo Fredrikson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 24 September 2018.

The Board of Directors has decided on the terms of the CEO’s employment. The terms and conditions of the CEO’s employment are specified in a written service contract approved by the Board.

The Leadership Team assists the CEO in the management and governance of the Group. Appointments of Leadership Team members are approved by the Chairman of the Board based on the CEO’s proposal.
